De-stress Sunday

Typically, Sundays are all about prepping for the week ahead and making sure you de-stress before that dreaded Monday comes round again. This Sunday I thought I’d share with you some of my favourite things to do to make the most of my Sunday before I set my 7AM alarm ready for the following day!

Go out for brunch

Brunch is one of my favourite things – but then again, anything that involves the possibility of pancakes is pretty hard not to be at the top of my list of things to do.

My top recommendation for brunch is Bill’s. You can see my Anniversary brunch at bill’s (which was to die for) here!

Go to the gym

Whilst I’m no Arnold Schwarzenegger, I still enjoy going to the gym. I try to have a good session on a Sunday so on Monday morning I feel motivated to start the week as healthy as I can be! It’s also a good thing to do if you’re not feeling too hungover to get rid of those few remaining cobwebs left over from the night before!

Have a pub lunch

One of my favourite coupley things to do is to go to a gastro pub and get whatever I fancy without feeling the slightest bit guilty (everyone needs a cheat day right?!). It’s also a great time to catch up and talk about what’s going on the following week!

Pamper yourself

My last bit of advice for a Sunday is to run yourself a lovely hot bath and catch up with some you time!

The products I’m using at the moment are all Christmas gifts but ones I’d highly recommend.

Relax and de-stress Sundays I’m really enjoying The Body Shop’s Mango collection as it’s so fruity and fresh. It’s also very reasonably priced. I also received some Molton Brown body wash for Christmas which is great to use just before bed so you feel ultra relaxed and smell gorgeous!
