Keep It Casual

Casual clothing has quickly become staple attire this Winter. It’s far easier to layer with knit and jersey fabrics than to try to with stiff crepes or structured lined garments so, while the weather stays cold, keep it casual and keep it cosy!

My wardrobe favourite right now is this Miss Selfridge grey cold shoulder jersey tunic. It’s surprisingly thick and so comfortable. Also, being cold shoulder, it’s my go to piece for ultimate on trend comfort!

After accessorising a little with this daisy necklace from Primark, this whole outfit comes in at £37 (which even includes the tights)! At £25, the tunic (dress) is not only a great purchase, but also really good value for money!

Other favourites from my regular high street stores include (hover for more details):

That’s all this week but, I hope you’re snuggling in something casual as you read. If not, Online shopping is calling! There’s some great pieces out there and the best part is they’re usually some of the cheaper things in the store, helping us to satisfy our shopping habits without breaking the bank!

Quickly, before I go, I thought I’d also mention something that my regular beady eyed readers may have already noticed. Yes, I’ve had my hair chopped!! I’m in love with it and the feeling of newly cut hair!

Anyway, that’s all from me now.

Leave me comments below if you’re loving casual comforts at the moment. 🙂

Thank you! I’m lucky enough to have long lashes but I’ve made them even longer trying out some individual false lashes which I never usually do! Might have to keep it up! Will take a look at your blog now 🙂 xx

Paige in all your pics your hair always looks like you’ve walked straight out of a salon! How do you style it, curled or just blowdried? x

Thanks Lyds! I’ve curled it in these pictures with a GHD wave wand. Usually though I would have just blow dried it, but now I’ve had it cut shorter, I don’t think I’m going to be able to get away with that! x

Hey Paige, I found your blog through the #fblchat tonight! Your blog is beeeeautiful! I also love the simplicity of the dress, and I always statement necklaces like the one you’re wearing here to vamp up an outfit. Keep up the great posts, I’ll be sure to keep following!
